In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

You are obligated to keep your registration information up to date. fada888 is not liable for any delays, payment failures, or account issues arising from inaccurate registration data.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

fada888 reserves the right to require identity verification at any point. Verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal and may be requested at any other time fada888 deems appropriate for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes. Accepted identity documents include government-issued photo identification such as a Philippine National ID, Passport, SSS ID, Driver's License, or PhilHealth card. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fada888 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances
• Immediately notify fada888 at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially on shared or public devices
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number where available
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other online services

fada888 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where that loss arises from your failure to comply with these security obligations. fada888 staff will never request your password by any communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from fada888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your fada888 Account must be made through the payment methods supported on the Platform. Supported methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes for fully KYC-verified Accounts. fada888 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures prior to releasing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above standard thresholds or for Accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

5.4 Transaction Responsibility

The Platform is not liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by the player. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fada888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access fada888 if you are under 21 years of age.

• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or reversals after depositing and wagering funds. Players who initiate chargebacks are liable for the full amount disputed plus any associated fees incurred by fada888.

All content on the fada888 Platform, including but not limited to the fada888 brand name and logo, website design, interface elements, text, graphics, game assets, software, and all other material, is the intellectual property of fada888 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software
• Use the fada888 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application

Any unauthorised use of fada888's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

fada888 collects, processes, and stores personal data from players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Interruptions to Platform access, including during scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service failures beyond fada888's reasonable control
• Any action taken by fada888 in good faith to comply with legal obligations, including Account suspension pending investigation
• Any losses arising from events of force majeure, including natural disasters, government orders, telecommunications failures, or cyber attacks

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, fada888's total liability to you for any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance in your Account at the time the liability arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits fada888's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.

13.1 Termination by fada888

fada888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• fada888 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with the Account
• A player is identified as underage
• Regulatory requirements mandate the closure of the Account
• A player has been self-excluded and has attempted to create a new Account

In cases of breach-related termination, fada888 may, at its discretion, retain any Account balance that is the subject of an active investigation, bonus dispute, or chargeback claim.

13.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your fada888 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to Account closure, you must withdraw any available Real Money Balance. fada888 will process the final withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe following verification. Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the complaint procedure in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

fada888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fada888 will provide notice through one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed upon login to your Account, an email to your registered email address, or a notice published on the fada888 Platform.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the fada888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time a relevant event (such as a deposit, wager, or withdrawal request) was made will govern any dispute arising from that event, unless a subsequent version specifically addresses such disputes retroactively.
